Cottage Pustolov on Uvac is located along the shore of Sjenica (Uvac Lake), Zlatar Mountain. It is 40 km away from Sjenica and 17 km from Nova Varos. Cottage has its own enclosed courtyard, free for parking. At the entrance to the cottage there is a terrace suitable for sitting and sunbathing, from which there is direct view of the lake as well as forests in the surrounding area. On the ground floor of the cottage there are a living room with TV and free Wi-Fi, couches for enjoying or sleeping, a kitchen with a refrigerator and a kit equipped for storing food as well as a canister with a drinking water. The bathroom is also equipped with cosmetic and hygienic products and a hair dryer. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with beds, lazy bags and windows overlooking the lake / forest. Each guest gets his own bed linen and two towels (big and small) and slippers. It is possible to order the food that is brought to the cottage. The capacity is 6 people. The cottage is pet friendly and smoking is allowed. In the vicinity, it is possible to rent a boat as well as rent daily cruises with lakes and meanders of the river Uvac. In addition to water activities, the terrain is also suitable for hiking to spectacular views that look at the meanders, an ideal for photography.
Since you are searching for the Ada Bojana accommodation, you probably know that the place is one of the most popular destinations in Montenegro in recent years. That's understandable given the beautiful sandy beach and its location at the very confluence of the Bojana river with the Adriatic Sea. When a destination gets to be this popular, it's hard to avoid crowds, especially when it comes to accommodation and parking. Still, if you are going to be our guests, those are the issues you won't really have to worry about. Also, you won't have to have a coffee in the morning with your neighbors right next to you or leave your car 500 meters away from the house because all the parking lots are occupied. This is one of the rare houses in Ada Bojana that can secure your privacy. When you drive into your courtyard, you will find your very own little paradise fenced from one side and surrounded by forest from the other three. That means that you will be able to choose whether you would like to have your coffee by the campfire in the garden equipped with a table and chairs or to take it while sitting in the living room, hearing buzzing and birds singing outside. And nobody will gaze at your plate or overhear your conversation!
Our house is fit for 8 persons while the parking in the garden can accommodate multiple cars. There are 3 rooms and each of them can serve as a separate bedroom. Still, you can also rent a house only for you and your partner. In that case, you can use the other 2 rooms as a living room and a balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed while the living room has two singles. The third one is somewhat specific. Not only that the room (and the whole Ada Bojana accommodation) is built with natural materials, but there are pillows placed on the floor so that all of your friends can fit around the table. There are large windows overlooking the forest which gives the accommodation a certain isolated feel, even though Ada Bojana's central area is only a few hundred meters away. (These windows can be taken off during summer turning the room into a pleasant terrace.) Our guests are equipped with bed sheets, towels, and slippers. There are toiletries in the bathroom and all the amenities you need in the kitchen. While washing dishes, you can gaze over at the greenery. You will also be thrilled by the sink in the bathroom made of wood.
The accommodation is on the right bank of the river. When you pass under the bridge, you will find our house at the end of the row. Or it might be easier to locate it this way: going back from the sea, from the confluence, the accommodation will be the first house you will come across. And the beach is only 500 meters away! The house is not built with large pillars but given that the area is a little flooded by the Bojana river 8 months a year, it might as well be. The accommodation is new, it started receiving guests in mid-2021 and it turned out to be most popular among nature lovers. They come here to relax with their friends, to go out, and socialize, but to return to their own private space as well. Ada Bojana itself is quite isolated from the city bustle and it's surrounded by the Mediterranian greenery. Our house is thus in accordance with the surroundings. It might also be interesting to know that "ada" is the local word for a river island. The island is located at the confluence of Bojana with the sea, approximately 15 km from Ulcinj. It is shaped like a triangle occupying the space of 5 square km. Still, water shapes its shores differently every year, creating new bays, making the beach longer or wider, and so, every stay in Ada Bojana will feel like the first.
