If you are interested in spending a few days in Serbia, this is the place to be. Imagine sitting on a terrace with your legs up on the bench, talking to your friends or your partner while gazing at Uvac that curves through the surrounding mountains. The sun is up, there's greenery all around with a forest in the back and a lake in front of you. A peaceful landscape, occasionally interrupted by griffon vultures high up in the sky. Not only that our Uvac Serbia accommodation is traditionally built and constructed only with natural materials but it also provides a true pollution-free environment. One can smell pine trees in the air, there are no roads or cars, the lake is clean, and when you turn off the lights in the evening, you will realize that you haven't really experienced true darkness ever before! Your eyes will take a break from all the artificial light we are forced to endure in our modern lives. It should be mentioned that some guests were not that comfortable with being this "isolated" from the rest of the civilization even though there's no danger around. Not only that you will sleep like never before but you will wake up to such birds' singing that you might have only heard as ringtones. Even though you are somewhat isolated - which is not that bad given the COVID-19 situation, the accommodation provides all the things you might need in order to feel relaxed and cozy.
Natural Surroundings
Our Uvac Serbia accommodation is easy to reach by car since the road goes 100 meters from the house. There is a wide courtyard where you can park. Just by bringing your stuff in, you will be able to imagine what great time you are going to have here. A TV set and Wi-Fi are available in the living room. True, you are in a natural haven where you might even go wild a little because of all that fresh air, but one should be able to share this beauty on social media, right! We understand all our guests' needs and so, there are comfy sofas for resting after lunch or watching a game in the evening. Our kitchen is fully accommodated with cooking amenities. There is a canister with drinking water and you will fall in love with our little bar. This is where you will chat with your friends while pouring a drink, or having a traditional Serbian appetizer. If you are not into cooking, just bring a few drinks and pay an additional small fee for the meals we provide. This is an opportunity to taste some of the best Serbian specialties in the area. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with such a picturesque view through the glass wall that you will love your mornings here. Even though you will wake up to a wilderness-like view, you will have everything you need inside, including bed sheets, towels, and slippers. There's no need to bring a fan or toiletries, they are all provided. Our Uvac Serbia accommodation is set for 6 guests. We often host a group of friends who are into barbecuing, fishing, or just taking a break from the city. The house is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring along your furry friend. We encourage our guests to keep the accommodation clean and to behave environment friendly.
Uvac Serbia
For those who like to explore, this is one of the prettiest areas in Serbia. One can go hiking and take long walks through the woods. Given that the lake is literally within your reach, we can help with renting a boat and taking a ride along the curvy Uvac Lake. One can also join an organized daily cruise that will take you to the most popular viewpoints. You can't leave the area without a photo of the Uvac canyon! If you miss "civilization", the first store can be found 5 km from the accommodation in Akmačići and Drmanovići village. On the other hand, if we take care of your meals, you won't have to leave this pristine landscape for days. When it comes to small towns and settlements, you will find Nova Varoš 17 km from our Uvac Serbia accommodation, and Sjenica 40 km away. You may want to consider adding some other tourist attractions to your Uvac vacation since the area is well-known for its natural beauty.
